great location friendly staff valet option
I adored this hotel's location. It was fantastic!!! it's right by faneuil hall and quincy market. the staff was amiable and helpful throughout my stay. the valet option proved very convenient.
i noticed the hotel is showing its age, honestly. the decor seemed a bit dated, which could use some refreshing.

central stay i appreciate

great location helpful staff
The location suited my needs very well. It was easy to get to many places. the staff at the front desk helped me quickly when i arrived. i also appreciate there was a water fridge in the lobby after my flight.
the mini-bar in the room was stocked, it caused some inconvenience as i couldn't use the space for my own items.

excellent location and quiet room

fantastic location easy access quiet room warm hallways
the hotel was in a fantastic location. it was quick and easy to access the city's restaurants and bars. i found my room to be very quiet despite the excellent location. i would consider staying here again, though the hallways were very warm.
The tv in my room didn't work, and some lights were out. the bed was comfortable.

The hotel location was AMAZING near many attractions. It made sightseeing easy. The staff were attentive. Check-in was quick. The room included a comfortable bed. I slept well. I enjoyed the balcony view. It was beautiful during sunset.
The elevator made some noise. It was only a SLIGHT disturbance.

convenient stay near freedom trail

food options freedom trail italian food little patio
the hotel is close to many food options at the market across the street. it is basically right on the freedom trail. a quick walk to north end offers access to italian food and mike's pastry. i found a cute little patio there.
only one elevator worked , which caused some delays.

The location was quite convenient to the attractions. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
